About Oberon Capital Management
Oberon Capital Management AB (OCM) is a sister company to Oberon Family Office AB and operates as an independent asset manager and fund company with full AIF authorization. OCM invests internationally alongside leading Private Equity players in venture, growth, and buyout strategies, both through fund investments and co-investments with prominent partners. The company is now entering a new phase focusing on building structural capital, strengthening internal processes, and preparing the organization for external fundraising.
The Role
We are now looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Fund Accountant who will have overall responsibility for fund and AIF accounting and serve as a central control function towards OCM's external accounting partner. The role is broad and combines operational responsibility with the development of structures, processes, and financial reporting. You will be an important part of the company's continued growth and report to the COO/Tf CEO, while also closely collaborating with the CFO and the management team.
Responsibilities include, among others:
- Acting as a control function towards the external bookkeeping partner
- Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ongoing financial reporting
- Preparing financial statements, annual reports, and handling tax matters
- Responsible for budgeting, liquidity monitoring, and internal control
- Collaboration with auditors and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Development and improvement of financial processes and digital tools
- Preparation of financial materials for management, investor meetings, and presentations
- Support in other operational tasks, such as material preparation, coordination, and project management
Qualifications
- Academic degree in economics, accounting, finance, or equivalent (MBA or similar is an advantage)
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably fund and AIF accounting
- Very good knowledge of financial statements, annual reports, and tax matters
- Experience with K3 and IFRS
- Experience in consolidated financial statements
- Experience in budgeting, liquidity management, and internal control
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and experience working with auditors
- Experience in developing financial processes and digital solutions
- Strong analytical skills and high accuracy
- Good communication skills and experience presenting financial information
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope and Terms
Full-time, based in Stockholm (Onsite). Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
